Pet Policy

Our current pet policies included a non refundable pet fee per pet of $150.00 due prior to bringing pet on the leased premises.
Monthly pet rent is $30.00 for one pet, $50.00 per month for two pets.
Only two pets are allowed in each apartment.
Total combined weight cannot exceed 75 lbs.
All pets over 35 lbs. must be on the first floor.
Dog Breed restrictions include: No Pitbulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Alaskan Malamutes, Doberman Pinscher, Chows, Great Danes, Saint Bernards, or Akitas.
All pets must register with PetScreening.com and pay an annual fee of no more than $25.00 per pet.
